VoterPalooza STL: A No Kings Festival will take place Sunday, October 4, 2026, beginning at noon at Jefferson Barracks Veterans Memorial Amphitheater in South St. Louis County. The amphitheater is operated by St. Louis County Parks and is not on federal property. Attendance is completely free. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets. Areas closest to the stage will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
